Our Team

A Family-Owned,
Veteran-Owned Team You Can Rely On

American Access has been family-owned since 1997, and that sense of family carries through to everyone who works here. As a service-disabled veteran-owned business, we bring discipline, care, and decades of combined experience to every ramp we build and every dealer we support across the country.

Team Members

Meet the Team

Behind every ramp is a team that cares about getting it right. From the plant floor to dealer support, these are a few of the people who make American Access the partner dealers and families count on.

Dave Miller

Dave Miller

Fabrication Technician

Dave builds the ramps that ship out of our Tennessee plant, welding and assembling sections to the tolerances that keep every install smooth. He takes pride in knowing the products he makes help people get in and out of their homes safely.

Sara Jenkins

Sara Jenkins

Dealer Support Specialist

Sara is often the first friendly voice dealers hear when they call in. She helps them quote jobs, configure layouts, and track orders, making sure the people who sell our ramps have the answers they need to move quickly.

Marcus Lee

Marcus Lee

Shipping & Logistics Coordinator

Marcus keeps orders moving from our plant to job sites across the country. He coordinates schedules and shipments so ramps arrive when dealers expect them, which keeps installations on track and customers waiting less.

Angela Torres

Angela Torres

Customer Service Representative

Angela helps customers and dealers with everything from product questions to order updates. Patient and knowledgeable, she makes sure no question goes unanswered and that everyone who reaches out leaves the conversation with what they came for.

John Carter

John Carter

Installation Support Coordinator

John helps dealers troubleshoot installation questions and works through tricky site configurations with them over the phone. He has spent enough time around modular systems to know exactly where problems tend to pop up, and how to solve them fast.

Emily Parker

Emily Parker

Warehouse Associate

Emily keeps the warehouse organized and orders moving, picking and staging components so shipments go out accurate and on time. Her attention to detail means fewer mistakes reach the job site.
