Our Team

A Family-Owned,
Veteran-Owned Team You Can Rely On

American Access has been family-owned since 1997, and that sense of family carries through to everyone who works here. As a service-disabled veteran-owned business, we bring discipline, care, and decades of combined experience to every ramp we build and every dealer we support across the country.

Our History

Family-Owned, Veteran-Owned, Built for
National Scale

Family-Owned Since 1997

American Access has been family-owned since 1997, growing from a regional ramp maker into one of the country's leading modular accessibility manufacturers. From our facility in Jackson, Tennessee, we build products that dealers across all 50 states trust to solve real accessibility challenges for families and businesses every day.

Founded on a Simple Belief

The company was founded on a straightforward belief: that safe, dependable access to a home or business should be within reach for everyone who needs it. What began as a focused operation has grown steadily over more than two decades, driven by demand from dealers who wanted a manufacturer they could count on for quality, consistency, and fast turnaround.

Discipline From a Veteran-Owned Business

As a service-disabled veteran-owned business, we bring discipline and reliability to everything we make. We've invested in modern manufacturing, including robotic fabrication, so every ramp and stair meets a consistent standard. That investment lets us scale production without sacrificing the attention to detail that sets our products apart on the job site.

Serving a Nationwide Dealer Network

Today, American Access serves a nationwide network of dealers who sell and install our ramps in homes, schools, offices, and public buildings. Through all of that growth, what hasn't changed is our commitment to American manufacturing, to the people who rely on our products, and to the dealers who represent us in their communities every day.
